Baked On Brandywine began while I was on maternity leave with my youngest. What started as a creative outlet and a way to share joy through baking quickly grew into something more. In January 2025, I officially turned that passion into a licensed cottage bakery.<br>
I’ve always loved finding new ways to make familiar desserts exciting. Beyond cookie cakes, I enjoy experimenting with cookies and brownies, transforming them into fun, unique creations that surprise people and make them smile.<br>
