Custom raw bars with live shuckers for private events in Connecticut, the tri-state area, and beyond. We curate tide-to-table experiences by working directly with local farms with a commitment to sustainability and giving back to our oceans.

As a conservation biologist and former oyster farmer, I’m on a mission to reconnect people with the planet through the joy of fresh, locally sourced food that honors both flavor and sustainability. It’s about creating a deeper connection—to our ecosystems, our farmers, and the meals that bring us together.
