I have been vegan for almost 6 years and changed my lifestyle after my fathers cancer diagnosis. My goal is to veganize dishes we all grew up eating, but in a healthier way. I want to show people that you don’t have to sacrifice your culture in order to live a plant-based lifestyle.
I’ve had a passion for cooking for as long as I can remember. I would watch my grandmother run her own restaurant when I was a little girl and this instilled in me the dedication I needed to succeed. I started this brand by offering catering and meal preps when I lived in FL. When I moved to CT, I knew that I wanted to get serious about this brand, and I started offering my Vegan sushi via delivery in the middle of the pandemic. It has been three years and our hard work has gotten us to this point, it may be a small feat for some, but for me this is everything.
