's Story
I discovered my love for cooking early, learning side by side with my adoptive mom and the bold, comforting flavors of her cuban style cuisine. In my youth, I fuled the passion and gather inspiration from watching Gordon Ramsay and Marco Pierre White and drawing inspiration from their works. I briefly started a career into the medical industry, but was regularly missing the kitchen and opted to fully commit to the craft. After a decade of being in the industry, I received an opportunity to go to the C.I.A in Hyde Park NY and later graduated in '21. Shortly after graduation, I received an offer for a Sous position at a notable country club/golf course. After building momentum which led to an Executive Chef for a boutique restaurant/hotel. Now based in CT and newly married, I'm excited to share my skills and journey with others, creating food that brings family and communities together.
