Going back to my youth, I can remember learning how to craft my Nana's recipes in her Italian kitchen that she had learned from working at the Putnam Restaurant in New Haven. I was mesmerized by the magnitude of what flavor profiles you could accomplish through the incorporation of dedication, passion, and high quality ingredients. My Italian heritage fueled my journey to seeking out the absolute best quality ingredients, and marrying them into very thorough, precise and elaborately calculated recipes. <br>
