Herbaceous is a farm to table catering company. We source from the best farms in the state, we do all sized events. There is so much love in our food, and it starts at seed then to harvest, from our kitchen to your table

We have loved cooking for her loved ones for quite some time. I started my professional career studying at the Natural Gourmet Institute, a school that focuses on vegetarian, vegan, healthful and healing cuisine. I then went on to work at many restaurants including The Dressing Room, Heirloom and Walrus &amp; Carpenter, Paganos, all while maintainting a front of the house job at Centro's fairfield. Where I served, bartended &amp; managed. I started Herbaceous Catering in 2014, knowing that she wanted to source her ingredients mainly from farms and local artisans.
