I am a sourdough baker and treat maker specializing in an assortment of flavored sourdoughs, mini pies, cinnamon rolls, and cookies.

🍒🍒🍒Hi, I’m Leah Maroney! Welcome to Mini Pie Kitchen! I’m a Bolton native and I get to live and bake in the house where i grew up. I’m a cottage food licensed bakery, so everything is prepared here in my home. 
 
Sourdough breads are my specialty (but don’t forget about those brown butter malted chocolate chip cookies!) . All of my bread products are fermented for 24 hours (including cinnamon rolls!) 
 
Treats such as cookies and brownies may include sourdough starter, but are not fermented. 
 
All of my products are nut free, glyphosate free, and seed oil free. All of my core breads are Vegan. (Classic, sandwich bread, cinnamon swirl bread, pizza crusts) Treats and specialty breads are not 😉. 
 
I use an imported Italian bread flour and an organic all purpose flour for everything that’s not bread!
