Hi! I am Ashley, and I’m so glad you’re here! I started my sourdough journey because I wanted my family to enjoy bread free from chemicals and preservatives. I created a wild yeast culture, aka a sourdough starter in 2020. One thing led to another and Dough Mama was born. I feel strongly about knowing what goes into our food, and I’m on a mission to make bread and baked goods that are both delicious and nutritious. Not only does baking bring me great joy, but I love to experiment with different flavors and themed goods. All of my products are made with love in a cottage food kitchen. My baked goods are dye, preservative, and seed oil free – and I only use quality unbleached flour.
And, as the name suggest- I am indeed a mama to three amazing kiddos. Thanks for following along.
