About Honey Bear Breads
Hi! My name is Helen and I am a local cottage home baker in Simsbury. I've always loved baking, but about 10 years ago I began to mill my own wheat and bake bread for my family. As my family grew, so did my baking repertoire! In 2020, I began baking with sourdough, and never stopped! I love sharing my baked goods with the community. There's nothing better than fresh warm bread!
