Baked On Brandywine began while I was on maternity leave with my youngest. What started as a creative outlet and a way to share joy through baking quickly grew into something more. In January 2025, I officially turned that passion into a licensed cottage bakery.
I’ve always loved finding new ways to make familiar desserts exciting. Beyond cookie cakes, I enjoy experimenting with cookies and brownies, transforming them into fun, unique creations that surprise people and make them smile.
Every treat I make is baked from scratch with love, care, and attention to detail. My goal is simple: to create desserts that not only taste amazing but also make life’s little (and big) moments even sweeter.
